Cod and potato gratin

For 4 people


600g / 1 lb 5 oz of fish

8 large tomatoes

1 sachet of 120g / 4 ½ oz of grated gruyère cheese

4 large potatoes

Garlic and parsley


Lightly salt, peel your potatoes and pass them through the mandoline slicer to obtain nice thin slices.

Slice your tomatoes.

Peel the garlic, cut it in half and rub your dish with it.

Place the fish in the dish.

Add the tomatoes and potatoes in successive layers.

Add salt and the gruyère cheese.

Cook in the oven at 180°C / 350°F.

Cook for around 40 minutes. Enjoy for lunch only.
